Our credibility with our clients is based on a candid and straightforward approach taken when handling an assignment. To this end we employ a variety of different methods to find the right candidate for your company. These can be used individually or in combination:

Retained Search: The most effective and thorough form of recruitment. The Retained Search enables us to target a limited but identifiable pool of potential candidates with the specialist knowledge that you require. These candidates are rarely looking and require a more proactive search and selection process. We will work closely with our clients around the job specifications, produce a detailed search proposal for approval and agree on a suitable search timetable. Throughout this process, candidates are considered exclusive to the client.

Advertised Search: Placing an advertisement in a relevant publication can be a highly effective means of identifying candidates, particularly where there is a potentially large pool of appropriately experienced applicants. If the client wishes to advertise their role, anyone who comes through the advertising process is considered exclusive to the client until deemed otherwise, or the process is finalised.

Contingent /Database hires: Our significant database of candidates reflects the markets and functions that we recruit in. Whilst it is understood that there is no formal agreement between Taurus and our Client to work exclusively on the role, we can utilize advanced technology and information management capabilities to quickly identify relevant candidates. On non-exclusive agreements, payment for placement is on success only.
